Juventus has moved forward with a restructuring of its training sector, clarifying internal functions and reinforcing technical leadership. Claudio Chiellini, already responsible for the B team, now has an even more central role, extending his scope of action to the Under-20 and Under-18 teams, the latter being part of a new project that is taking shape.
The objective is to create a more direct corridor between the categories immediately preceding professionalism and the second team, making the transition of young talents to senior football more fluid.
In parallel, there will be changes in the management of younger age groups. Massimiliano Scaglia takes over the coordination of the Under-17s' journey downwards, being responsible for the base of Juventus' formation.
