According to Il Messaggero, in recent days there was a first meeting between the Biancoceleste management and Giuseppe Riso, the player's agent. The desire of both parties is to reach an understanding without major difficulties or haste: Cataldi wants to continue his adventure at Formello and the objective is to strengthen the bond with Lazio.
The idea on the table is a renewal that could accompany him until the final stretch of his career, reflecting the midfielder's desire to “stay for life” at the club where he graduated.
While the conversations are taking place, Cataldi continues his recovery following surgery for pubalgia. The return will be made gradually, with a different work plan in the first days of the pre-season.
