Pontedera fans once again expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of concrete signs in preparation for the next season, already in Serie D. After the appointment of the new sporting director, the structure showed no further developments, which led the mass of fans to call a public assembly for Tuesday, July 7th, at 9pm, at the Ettore Mannucci Stadium.

In a statement released by Gradinata Nord Diego Savelli, fans criticize the new Brazilian ownership for breaking ties with the city and typhoseria, asking for clear answers about the club's sporting future. Among the points raised, they highlight the absence of announcements regarding new players, managers (in addition to the sporting director) and the coach.

The note also highlights the removal of Pontedera captain Andrea Caponi, classified as a disrespectful decision towards Pontedera and its fans. There is also apprehension regarding the activity of the youth sector, with several families experiencing uncertainty.

The call calls for the presence of the entire Pontedera community — not just those who frequent the stadium — to discuss the club's current situation, understand what is happening and decide together how to safeguard Granata history. The meeting is scheduled for the space next to the entrance to Ettore Mannucci's covered tribune, at 9 pm, on July 7th.
