Thomas Frank has decided not to accept a new role as coach this season. The 52-year-old Danish manager has confirmed he will take some time off, despite being linked with Premier League clubs such as Crystal Palace and Fulham. In recent times, Frank's name has been mentioned in several connections with English teams, but he prefers not to rush his return to football. In February, he was fired from Tottenham Hotspur and has not been linked to any club since. Frank said he will enjoy his free time as an analyst for Danish television and the BBC, and also plans to enjoy events such as the Tour de France. Although he received some proposals, he chose not to rush his next decision. "There have been conversations and opportunities since my departure from Spurs, but I have decided that it is not the right time to return to managing a team. We will see when the time is right for that," he declared. Before taking over at Tottenham, Frank had a successful spell at Brentford.
