Arsenal have released photos of the team that traveled to Budapest for the Champions League final. Jurriën Timber is included among those called up, which raises hopes that the defender will be able to participate in the match. This is good news considering the World Cup is approaching. Timber's situation is known: before the last international round, the Arsenal defender apparently suffered a minor injury. This occurred in March, and since then, the former Ajax player has been out of action. With the World Cup just around the corner, this is not good news for the Dutch national team, but coach Ronald Koeman has called him up for the tournament. As a precaution, Lutsharel Geertruida and Ian Maatsen were named as reserve players on the national team list. With two weeks until the start of the World Cup, Timber could make his re-entry. He traveled to Budapest with Arsenal to face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final. Timber missed a total of fourteen games for the Gunners. French champions PSG have a squad in good form. Achraf Hakimi and Ousmane Dembélé dealt with some injuries, but were back in training the week before the final.
