Dynamo captain Daniil Fomin took part in the annual "Championat" vote, which is associated with the "RPL Best Young Football Player" award. During this vote, Fomin chose the five best young players of the season. In fifth place, Fomin placed Viktor Okishor, his Dynamo teammate; in fourth place was Ivan Belikov, from Baltika; third place went to Timofey Marinkin, also from Dynamo. Lokomotiv's Alexey Batrakov was second best, while the best youngster of the season, according to Fomin, was CSKA's Matvey Kislyak. After the season ends, team coaches and captains participate in a traditional "Championat" vote, where they are invited to nominate five of the best young football players from RPL teams. The main criteria for participating in the prize is that all players must be, at the start of the season, 21 years old (inclusive) or younger. Coaches and captains can select up to three players from their own team. The player who receives first place from the captain or coach receives six points, second place four points, third three points, fourth two points and fifth one point. After voting, the points obtained by young players are added up. Previously, players such as Gamid Agalarov (2021/2022 season), Sergey Pinyaev (2022/2023 season), Konstantin Tyukavin (2023/2024 season) and Alexey Batrakov (2024/2025 season) were winners of the award.
