Barcelona: Lamine Yamal (9.5/10) leads the forward ratings at the end of the 2025/26 season

FC Barcelona closed 2025/26 with the seal of a clearly offensive team. Under the command of Hansi Flick, the Catalans won La Liga by scoring 95 goals in 38 rounds, just six defeats — two with the title already guaranteed — and a comfortable eight-point lead over Real Madrid. A championship built on risk, ambition and expansive football that made Barça a must see.

Barcelona forward ratings in 2025/26

  • Lamine Yamal — 9.5/10: Barcelona's best player. He closed the season as the club's top scorer in all competitions (24 goals) and also added 17 assists. At 18, he became the magnet for the attack: the team continually looked for him and, almost always, he found solutions. He shared the Zarra Trophy with Ferran Torres after both scored 16 goals in La Liga, joining the club's all-time list since 2005. After some initial fuss over fitness issues, Lamine prevailed and Barça ended the season even more reliant on his talent.

  • Ferran Torres — 8.5/10: From useful alternative to reliable starter. He has scored 21 goals in all competitions, second only to Lamine, and equaled the youngster with 16 in La Liga. Not always elegant and with less successful games, but, overall, he was decisive in the title: he attacked the area with conviction, finished with greater precision and helped Flick prepare for life after Lewandowski, even with the Pole still in the squad.

  • Raphinha — 7.5/10: The bar was below that of 2024/25, but maintained clear usefulness. He scored 19 goals and made 7 assists in all competitions, 11 goals in La Liga. He loses balls and sometimes accelerates too much, however, when he is fit, he runs, presses, shoots and attacks the far post like few others. Injuries hampered his continuity: whenever he gained momentum, a setback would sideline him for short periods. Still, positive season in Blaugrana.

  • Robert Lewandowski — 7/10: Still solid numbers (18 goals in all competitions) and intact finishing instincts. The role changed, time began to take its toll at times — heavier connections and the pace around accelerating — but the presence remained valuable: a reference in the area, a specialist on occasional occasions and a beacon when a support point was needed. Fair assessment for a decline that, even so, would make many attackers jealous.

  • Marcus Rashford — 8/10: Arrived on loan from Manchester United and delivered production: 14 goals and 11 assists in total, with a very good response also in the Champions League. He provided verticality, goals and was a reliable substitute for Raphinha in absences due to injury. The reverse: without the ball, the intensity dropped and the team always felt that Flick had to launch him from the start. It's no surprise that the German coach chose to sign Anthony Gordon to fill that void. Considering the arrival, a very positive season; continuity, however, will depend on what it offers… and what it doesn’t offer.

  • Roony Bardghji — 6.5/10: Short sample, bumpy impact. He added two goals and four assists in all competitions, thanks to Lamine's presence in the same corridor. Evident talent, associative game that compensates for less effectiveness in one-on-one. As long as he competes for the same space as Lamine, he will only have a few minutes; a loan or a sale with a repurchase option is a logical solution for club and player.

A multifaceted attack pushed Barcelona to the title. Lamine Yamal was the light, Ferran consolidated, Raphinha and Lewandowski contributed, Rashford added production with the ball and Roony showed signs in small flashes. A champion shaped by goals.
